Service overview

The Ride Guy provides airport transportation services between North County San Diego and San Diego International Airport (SAN). This website allows you to submit ride booking requests.

Booking requests

Submitting the booking form constitutes a request for service, not a guaranteed reservation. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. You will receive an SMS notification when your ride is confirmed, or if we are unable to accommodate your request.

Pricing

Ride prices are displayed on the website and may vary based on time of day and day of week. Prices are subject to change. The applicable rate will be communicated at the time of booking confirmation.

Payment

Payment is accepted via Venmo or cash and is due at the time of service. We do not collect payment information through this website.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed ride, please contact us as soon as possible at 760-672-6646.

SMS communications

By providing your phone number and submitting a booking request, you agree to receive transactional SMS messages related to your ride status. These messages may include booking confirmations, driver coordination updates, and scheduling notifications. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.

Limitation of liability

The Ride Guy provides transportation services on an as-available basis. We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or service interruptions caused by traffic, weather, vehicle issues, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
